2. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via our website or by other means. By placing an order with PneuFlo Supply Co Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version displayed on our website at the time of your order will apply to that order.

3. Products and Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations may occur.
All products are offered subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

4. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day through our website.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering via PayPal, which accepts major debit and credit cards.
Orders are accepted once payment has cleared and an order confirmation has been issued.

5. Pricing

All prices shown are in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be applied at the current UK rate.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Delivery

• Orders for stocked items are usually dispatched within 24 hours for stocked items. 

• Non-stocked or special-order items will be shipped within 24-48 hours where possible. Get in touch to discuss your delivery requirements for urgent orders. 

• Deliveries are made within the UK only.

• FOC Delivery within LE Postcode. Select This Option before Checkout. Any orders with this delivery option that are outside of delivery area without prior arrangement will be cancelled and refunded. 

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return goods, you must notify us within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Returned goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of £12.50, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Returned goods must be:

• Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase and a returns authorisation reference

Refunds will be processed once goods have been inspected and approved.

8. Warranty

All products are covered by the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.

9. Liability

Our liability for loss or damage arising from your order is limited to the total value of the goods purchased.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses, including loss of profit or production downtime.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights or our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. B2B Customers

For business-to-business customers, all sales are made under these Terms to the exclusion of any other conditions (including any you seek to impose).
Ownership of goods passes only once payment is received in full. Risk transfers on delivery.

11. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, the returns procedure applies.
Special-order or non-stock items cannot be cancelled once ordered from the manufacturer.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, and logos, remains the property of PneuFlo Supply Co Ltd and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
