At PneuFlo Supply Co Ltd, we aim to make your experience smooth and reliable. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Notification Window
• Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 7 working days of delivery.
• Faults, damages or delivery issues should also be reported within this period so we can resolve them promptly.
2. Unwanted Items / Customer Error
If you ordered the wrong item, no longer need it, or wish to return an item through no fault of PneuFlo Supply Co:
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
• A handling charge applies:
£12.50 or
25% of the item value
(whichever is greater)
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Special-order, customised items, or cut-to-length products may be non-returnable
3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items (PneuFlo Error)
If we have supplied the wrong item, or the product arrives damaged or faulty:
• No handling fees apply
• We cover the return shipping or arrange collection
• We may request photos or test details
• Replacement, refund or credit will be provided once assessed
4. How to Request a Return

Please provide:
• Order number
• Item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if damaged or incorrect)
We will issue a Returns Authorisation Reference. Returns cannot be processed without this.
5. Refunds
After your return is received and inspected:
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Allow 3–7 working days for processing
• Delivery charges refunded only if the item was damaged, faulty or supplied incorrectly
• Handling fees deducted on unwanted/incorrectly ordered items (see Section 2)
6. Exchanges
If you’d prefer a replacement rather than a refund, we can arrange this where supplies allow.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or supplied incorrectly, the following cannot be returned:
• Cut-to-length hose, tube or pipe
• Custom assemblies
• Special-order/manufacturer-sourced items
• Opened consumables (tapes, sealants, lubricants, etc.)
8. Coverage
We provide returns support for customers across:
• Leicester & Leicestershire
• East & West Midlands
• Nationwide UK delivery
Return address provided upon authorisation.
