Mini ISO 6432 Cylinder

Overview
The Pneumax 1280 series mini cylinders conforming to ISO 6432 provide high quality performance in a compact size envelope. With bore sizes from 8 mm through to 32 mm (depending on stroke), these cylinders allow industrial automation designers to implement precise linear actuation where space is restricted. The ISO 6432 standard ensures interchangeability and simplifies replacement or system upgrades.

Construction & Materials
The standard version features aluminium end covers and an AISI 304 stainless steel barrel and piston rod, delivering durability and high corrosion-resistance. Ports are offered in either M5 or 1/8” thread depending on model, and maximum working pressure is typically 10 bar. Stainless steel “Steel line” variants are available for applications in wash-down, food, and pharmaceutical environments.

Installation & Options
Mounting accessories are available to suit the ISO 6432 footprint (including FKM seals, magnetised versions, various stroke lengths). Custom stroke lengths beyond the standard offer are accommodated on request. This gives flexibility for bespoke OEM machine tasks.
