The MICRO-SPEED MTD Series provides a compact all-in-one compressed air package combining a variable speed screw compressor, 160-litre air receiver and refrigerated air dryer. It's designed for workshops, engineering facilities, garages and smaller industrial installations where a space-efficient source of compressed and treated air is required.
Available in 4kW / 5.5HP and 5.5kW / 7.5HP sizes, each capacity is offered with either a 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase electrical supply. This makes the MTD Series particularly useful for smaller premises where three-phase power may not be available.
The variable speed design allows compressor output to adjust according to air demand. The 4kW models provide a minimum output of 10 CFM and up to 16 CFM at 9.5 bar, while the 5.5kW models provide a minimum output of 12 CFM and up to 21 CFM at 9.5 bar.
Each MTD model is supplied with a 160L air receiver to provide compressed air storage and a TR05 refrigerated dryer package to help remove moisture from the compressed air. The 160D versions include the required connection kit, providing a convenient packaged solution ready for integration with the appropriate filtration and compressed air distribution system.

Compared with the MICRO-SPEED MT Series, the MTD package adds refrigerated air drying, making it a more complete solution where reducing moisture in the compressed air supply is required.
