The MICRO-SPEED MTD Series 200L provides a complete, space-efficient compressed air package combining a variable speed screw compressor, 200-litre air receiver and integrated refrigerated dryer.
Designed for workshops, garages, engineering environments and smaller industrial installations, the MTD Series is ideal where compressed air generation, storage and moisture reduction are required within a single packaged unit.
The range is available in 4kW / 5.5HP and 5.5kW / 7.5HP sizes, with both 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase versions available. The single-phase models are particularly useful for premises without access to a three-phase electrical supply.
Variable speed operation allows compressor output to respond to changes in compressed air demand. The 4kW models provide a minimum output of 10 CFM and up to 16 CFM at 9.5 bar, while the 5.5kW models provide a minimum output of 12 CFM and up to 21 CFM at 9.5 bar.

The 200L receiver provides additional stored air capacity, helping accommodate fluctuations in demand, while the integrated refrigerated dryer helps reduce moisture within the compressed air supply.
Unlike the previous 160D MTD models, these 200D part numbers use the ATD package designation rather than a separate /TR05 dryer reference. I'd therefore describe these as an integrated dryer package rather than specifying a TR05 dryer.
